Make A Claim

Reporting a claim with us is easy. Simply follow these steps to get started.
1 Do what you can to keep yourself safe and reasonably prevent further damage or loss
2In the event of theft or unlawful activity, contact your local authorities. Remember to ask for a copy of your police report, but don’t wait to submit your claim if you don’t have one yet

3Review the list of things you’ll need below to submit a claim. This may include photos of damage or evidence of theft, including broken bicycle locks, incident statements, police reports, or repair estimate reports (also known as damage assessments)

Replacement Claims for Theft

A copy of your police report. Don’t worry, you can (and should!) initiate your claim even if you don’t have it yet

Detailed photos of any evidence of theft if you have them. This includes damaged locks or security devices

Tell us what happened and how it happened (e.g. dates, times, other individuals, locations)

Copies of receipts for your bicycle lock or other security devices

Repair Claims for Damage

Detailed photos of the damage. This includes areas of your bicycle, helmet, or other riding apparel

A repair estimate report or damage assessment from your bike shop

Tell us what happened and how it happened (e.g. dates, times, other individuals, locations)

Copies of receipts for your helmet or riding apparel if they’re a part of your claim

Pro tip! You’ll also need your policy number handy
